SOMETHING NEW ON HERE !

Little intro : I thought that since we are all self-isolating, that means I cannot go around and try out new restaurants/cafés. That means that I have to fuel myself in a healthy way at home and that not an easy thing with so much temptation everywhere around the house too. The first thing I think about is my everyday açai bowl !! Because if you ask me one thing to eat every day no matter the season I will tell you an açai bowl for sure. It’s healthy because it’s only fruits and you can add so many more things inside, like more fruits, grains, cocoa powder, cinnamon, coconut flakes etc… Fact 2, it’s so easy and fast to make, you have no excuse !

RECIPE :

INGREDIENTS :

♦ 1 OR 2 BANANAS (DEPENDS HOW HUNGRY I AM) OPTION 2 : keep one banana for the topping !

♦ ACAI (unsweetened) I bought mine at COOP shop

♦ FROZEN RASPBERRIES

♦ WATER OR MILK (don’t put too much because the açai had water when it’s mixed)

♦ CHIA SEEDS

♦ COCONUT FLAKES

I told you, it’s so easy and mine is basic but it’s my favorite way to make it and affordable too because let’s be honest fruits in Switzerland aren’t cheap… But some day I add blueberries, an avocado, linen seeds, hemp seeds etc. Of course with all these ingredients you blend it all !
