So today, I’m back on the blog with a new article about food, in English as you can see. For a couple of days I’ve seen that many people reading my blog where from different countries so I had to question myself about the fact that all my articles were in French.
This is my first collaboration with an amazing Instagram Page called Swissbrunch and I am really happy about it ! I knew Le Tandem before it’s opening but it was thanks to one of swissbrunch’s lovely posts that I discovered the brunch at that place, which of course, I immediately wanted to try ! After a few exchanges, we agreed about making an Instagram collab together !
Yesterday my friend Amanda and I booked on the terrace at Tandem in Vevey, to have brunch.
The booking was a bit early for a brunch but we were so hungry that the awakening didn’t matter ! This is a new place in my hometown, they started to do brunch about a month ago, so it’s a fresh start. This Saturday we went and we were the first clients of the day, we had a warm welcome and we decided to have a seat on the terrace because the sun was calling us and we couldn’t say no to him.
Before we decided what we wanted to order, the waitress told us the daily juice recommendation which was made of raspberry, rhubarb and apple. That sounded delicious so we decided to have one each. The waitress was right, we didn’t regret our choice, the juice was delicious !
As we are two food lovers, we both wanted to try everything so we decided, as always, to share. We took one avocado toast, one scrambled eggs toast, pancakes and of course two latte macchiatos ! Believe me when I say it was a perfect brunch, both so healthy and delicious ! Honestly in Switzerland everybody knows that to eat well you do have to give the price, and yes we are students so we don’t have as much money as we want but at this new place, the prices were correct and affordable.
I hope you liked this new article in a different language and thanks to Amanda Freymond who helped me with my little English skills !
